With over 15 years of experience in client strategy consulting, program management, and workplace innovation, I have successfully led multimillion-dollar projects for top-tier Fortune 500 clients. Most recently, I have served as a commercial real estate consultant on embedded client accounts in both the financial services and healthcare sectors. Each Global Workplace Services client account I have supported consisted of over 30 million square feet managed across integrated service pillars of Advisory & Transactions, Facilities, and Project Management. My ability to cross-functionally integrate dynamic client priorities and manage large-scale initiatives has been instrumental in achieving successful outcomes.​

In the early portion of my career, I honed my skills in sales, business development, and operations management. Receiving my Certificate in Data Analytics from General Assembly was a pivotal transition for me in becoming a business strategist and program leader. Client Reservations Dashboard

Taylor Made Furnished Apartments Reservations Data

On this project, I consulted for TMFA to transform their 2018 reservations data into quantitative & visual insights to steer their 2019 strategy and generate compelling sales and marketing content. My process was to extract, clean, organize, and interpret their data from their reservations system in both Excel and Tableau. During this process, I collaborated closely with each of the stakeholders on the team to implement data management strategies and improve the efficiency and accuracy of reporting going forward.
This dashboard is presenting a heatmap of their most popular locations based on reservation volume, industry segmentation of their revenue, number of reservations, and nights stayed.

NYC Real Estate Market Share Dashboard

REBNY Data

This dashboard is displaying the market segmentation of NYC real estate firms and their agents by total listings sold and total sales revenue. The data displayed is sales in the last 12 months at the time of this analysis, Fall 2018. This dashboard filters interactively, please see the firm filter function presented in the Dashboard section below.

Monthly Sales by Zip Code

NYC Department of Finance Data

In this dashboard, I'm visually examining Manhattan Real Estate sales by zip code monthly. This dashboard is interactive, the map display filters based on the selection on the line graph. Please see the examples in the Dashboard section below.

Listings to Sales Conversion Dashboard

REBNY Data

In this dashboard, I'm examining the conversion rates of the units listed vs. the units sold per firm. Here we see the company with the highest conversion rate also made the most in total sales. These visual charts along with the data chart present the information in a way that is both aesthetically appealing and detailed.

Annual Sales Heat Map

NYC Department of Finance Data

Here I am examining Manhattan's annual Real Estate sales per zip code. The total sold is indicated and compared visually both by the size of the circle and the heat map coloring.

Agent Earnings Dashboard

REBNY Data

This dashboard is examining the sales performance on the agent level. The agent performance graph is defining low as agents with unit sales of less than 10, medium 10-20 and high > 20 units sold in the last 12 months. The commissions earning calculation is based on 3%.

Manhattan Sales Forecast

NYC Department of Finance Data

In this chart, I'm examining the total number of sales against the total price of the sales and basing the forecast on this data. The larger the gap between the bar graph and the line, the higher the average transaction value.
